The "Corporate Partnership" program is designed for system integrators, manufacturers of computer hardware and software vendors is a regulated process of the supply and implementation of integrated solutions to protect workstations, servers, storage centers and information processing and backup systems with software products of Conceptual Systems, LLC.

COOPERATION TYPES

Enterprise Partner is a system integrator, has entered into the partnership contract and working directly with the Conceptual Systems, LLC, which has information security department, which implements and supply Conceptual Systems's software products in customer's information security projects and provides all the necessary consulting services.

Premier Enterprise Partner is a large system integrator, a supplier of software or computer equipment, a hardware manufacturer, entered into a partnership contract and working directly with the Conceptual Systems, LLC, which supply manufactured hardware products with software solutions of the Conceptual Systems, LLC. Partner has the right to propose Conceptual Systems' solutions and products in the contests, tender, corporate projects.

Corporate partners make all consulting and technical work with the customer.

All participants of the program take on the following obligations:

	Observe Conceptual Systems, LLC copyrights for software products and registered trademarks;
	Abide unified pricing and licensing policies of Conceptual Systems, LLC;
	Abide territorial policies for the software products distribution;
	Coordinate all advertising and market actions related to products of Conceptual Systems, LLC;
	Use standard advertising and promotional materials and press releases which are posted on the sites www.conceptual-s.com and www.atlansys.ru during products' promotion;
	During corporate web sites design and construction, conducting advertising campaigns and marketing programs, participation in exhibitions, seminars, presentations and conferences aimed at promotion of the Conceptual Systems, LLC products, the partners must strictly adhere to the above rules.

After partner registration certificate will be sent to the partner, its coordinates will be posted on the corporate server of Conceptual Systems, LLC and Atlansys Software, e-mail addresses will be recorded in the mailing lists, and partner will get access to partners file server.
